Clean as usual.
To start: deep cleaning
For the initial application of the treatment, lather the DEEP CLEANSING & SMOOTHING SERUM with dampened fingers, gently massage in for 5–7 minutes, and rinse off.
Apply toner
Afterwards, apply the toner as usual.
Tap the ampoule
Distribute the contents of each ampoule and gently pat into the skin – do not rinse off (leave-on).

Then continue with your usual skincare routine.

As an intensive treatment 1x daily or as a care boost 1x per week. The schedule above shows which ampoule to use at what time – from the 1st of Advent to Christmas Eve.
Do I need to wash off the ampoules?
No. Distribute the contents of the respective ampoule and gently pat in – do not rinse off (leave-on). The only exception is the DEEP CLEANSING & SMOOTHING SERUM at the start: it is lathered up, massaged in for 5–7 minutes, and then rinsed off.
Where do I apply the ampoules?
Apply to face, neck, and décolleté – after cleansing and toning, before your usual skincare routine.
How do I open an ampoule safely?
Use an ampoule opener or wrap the neck of the ampoule in a cloth. Then break open the ampoule at the white ring.
Why should I warm up the ampoule?
